Third-Party Notices

Chamoun uses the open-source and third-party resources listed below. This page records their official sources and licenses without changing the ownership of any third-party name, logo, photograph, or dataset.

Country flags

Chamoun's locally bundled country flags come from FlagCDN, a service by Flagpedia. Flagpedia's official terms state that its flag images are in the public domain and may be used freely without restriction. A backlink is appreciated but not required.

Map data and rendering

Country geometry is made with Natural Earth 1:50m Admin 0 data. Natural Earth's official terms place the data in the public domain. Geometry is converted through world-atlas under the ISC License.

Europe and country maps use MapLibre React Native under the MIT License and MapLibre Native under the BSD 2-Clause License. City maps use React Native Maps under the MIT License and the device's native map service.

Map-label font

Chamoun self-hosts the Unicode ranges its maps need from Open Sans Semibold. The font files are distributed by OpenMapTiles Fonts under the Apache License 2.0. The PBF glyph files were generated and published through the BSD-licensed MapLibre demotiles repository. Chamoun does not depend on MapLibre's public demo server at runtime.

Application and navigation frameworks

Photography

Photos are provided by Pexels under the Pexels License and API guidelines. Chamoun displays a shared credit beneath each photo group. Photographer and original-photo links are shown when authoritative API metadata is available; unrecovered records display “Photos provided by Pexels” instead of invented information.

Interface icons

Sign-in and service marks

The Google sign-in control uses Google's official multicolor G under the Sign in with Google Branding Guidelines. Apple sign-in remains disabled and must use Apple's official sign-in control before it is enabled. Google, Apple, Instagram, and TikTok names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the associated service; no sponsorship or affiliation is implied.

Developer-generated artwork

Chamoun's sticker artwork and app icon were generated by the developer from original prompts using FLUX.2 Pro on Replicate. Replicate's current terms assign any rights it has in outputs to the customer, subject to model terms and third-party rights. AI output remains subject to human review before final release.

Open-source license notices

Copyright and permission notices for MIT, BSD, ISC, Apache 2.0, and SIL OFL resources are retained in Chamoun's source-level third-party inventory and the official license pages linked above. Open-source licenses do not grant rights to unrelated trademarks or third-party content depicted by an icon or image.

Third-party terms can change. Chamoun reviews these sources before release and does not describe this page as a guarantee of complete legal compliance.
